“Received the order very quickly. However, there was a missing item. I contacted Ryan of the support staff and I received the missing part by 1st class mail within 48 hours. I would have awarded 5 stars but for the missing item. Couldn’t have asked for better support.”

“Best prices around and speedy delivery, only slight irritation is both times I've ordered it's turned up the day after the tracking email says it will be delivered so I'd not want to wait in for it to find it turns up the next day. Everything else was faultless though.”

“Had a few problems at first. Which they tried to rectify, may I say without haste. Unfortunately sent tools without efficient protection twice, I complained as they came damaged. The 3rd time they sent my trowel with copious amounts of protection, not even chuck Norris could of damaged what was inside if he tried :D I think the way they handled the situation was great no messing around. Apologised and rectified the problem readily. Key points: Protect your tools properly the Royal Mail are heavy handed, clearly. Customer service was excellent. Thank you for rectifying the problem and being sound about the whole situation.”

Hi Dave, I'm very sorry the second trowel arrived damaged, I have had a look through our emails and I cant see another email from yourself, so I will investigate why we havnt received them. I will get a new trowel sent out straight away and I will ensure this one is boxed and well packaged. “Purchase made on the website, proved to be quick and easy. Follow up paperwork and confirmation of transaction despatched immediately after completion.
