“No quibble replacement of item damaged in post. Very good product, though for a complete novice, manufacturer’s instructions on product bag not easy to follow. Why didn’t they explain better that tightening the float fixed the float arm in position! Only 4 stars because the relatively delicate item was not padded out enough for transit and was damaged on arrival. However, as I say, a new item was immediately despatched and I have the damaged one for spares. All other aspects of service, ordering, delivery etc, excellent.”

“Having ordered the parts that I needed from the website and paid for next day delivery the package arrived before 9.00PM the next day. The fact that both items were not as described required a phone call to Darren at PSD to get the correct replacement fixing kit, the other item being unavailable (but shown correctly on the website). The very next day the correct Ideal Standard kit arrived, proving that a sloppy item pick can be remedied by direct telephone contact with a conscientious employee. Under the circumstances I feel that my rating reflects this first experience.”
