“My order came without delay. Unfortunately, the item I received was not as described and illustrated online. However, after contacting Plumbing Supplies Direct to inform them of this, they responded and apologised for their mistake straight away. They asked me for a photo of the item I had received and then agreed to send out a corrected replacement as per my original order. The replacement arrived just as quickly as did the 1st order within a couple of days. If it hadn't been that the 1st item sent was incorrect, I would have given 5 stars.”

“PSD sent me someone else's order instead of my own. I phoned and was advised to email details to them, which I did, and received an automatic acknowledgement. The following day, the correct item appeared. An email to tell me it was on its way would have been helpful. Otherwise, okay.”
