“Excellent service from the man in "Technical Help". After listening to my problem he told me what was likely to be the cause and the part I may need. Normally it is something a non plumber could replace but as my cistern is concealed it is more complicated. The part arrived and I have another 9 days to wait for the plumber.”

“Considerably cheaper than buying from Stuart Turner, Next day free delivery. ST do have a helpful tech advice line but to replace the workings from them was more than buying a whole unit from PSD.”

“exactly as described, these didn't come with the security "C" clips which reassure the fitter that the push fit will not slip off but luckily I was replacing older versions so had spares. quick despatch, great price. thanks.”

“The website is easy to navigate, they had exactly what I needed and it was quickly despatched. Even with postage I paid about half the cost at my local hardware shop.”
