“When searching for an item for the first time and a supplier is prominent because the price is so good, it does make you think twice. The price from Plumbing Supplies Direct was exceptionally good and there was nothing to make me think they weren't a bona fide and reliable business. So I ordered the Halo and it was quickly despatched then 48 hours later I received the parcel, if I had ordered earlier in the day I may have got it in 24 hours.”

“3 items were out of stock therefore didn't arrive until after the initial delivery however were sent out soon afterwards and didn't cause any delay in work. Very friendly and helpful on the phone when I phoned to discuss.”

“Ordered theb1st of Feb, no delivery. Tracking g number does not work. Called several times with no answer. Sent an email they say will be responded to in 24 hours that has never been answered. First and last time I order with this company.”
