“Parcel force are rubbish at delivery. Not a clue how to deliver to my address! Several of the fittings had come apart and the olives crushed :(”

“My order was missing an item but was not showing on invoice as not included. I telephoned and it was acknowledged that it had not been included and would be sent out. I am still waiting after a week with no communication.”

I appreciate that it has been sent on a 24-hour courier however under the current Covid-19 situation deliveries are taking sometimes a little longer than normal

“Item was a good price and delivery was as stated, but only given 2 stars due to not returning my call after part of the item was faulty and needs replacing despite me leaving my order number and phone number”

“Had to chase my order as it hadn’t arrived when expected . I called the sales team three times and never got a call back, they eventually blamed it on the courier. To their credit PSD arranged a new order with next day delivery at their own expense and it arrived promptly. Competitively priced gear but not sure I’ll buy from them again.”

“Very fast delivery as long as you dont mind getting a different product to the one you ordered. Ordered a fernox tf1 filter and a completely different one arrived. Disapointed”

“Ordered a gas stability bracket and only 1 part of it was sent! Consequently Gas fitter refused to fit cooker and I have had to re-book the appointment (another 5 days without a cooker!). A replacement bracket was delivered the next day. Disappointed TBH.”

“Ordered on a Friday with next working day delivery so it should have come on the Monday...it came on the Tuesday, the day I needed it! Therefore I ended up buying it from elsewhere too!”

Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for your order, unfortunately, you placed your order at 6pm on a Friday, We are an independent plumbers merchant and are closed at this time and our next day cut off time is 3pm. We always try our hardest to get customers orders to be them as fast as possible.
