“Ordered a replacement shower unit as ours was leaking from the pressure release, Plumbing Supplies Direct despatch one almost immediately when I ordered and sent via Royal Snail on Thursday using 24 Express delivery which Royal informed me they had it at 12:15 Thursday which was then delivered on the following Tuesday. I fitted, tested and then found our problem was a blocked shower head, should have checked that first. Can not fault Plumbing supplies as they despatched quickly and possibly the best price on the market. Last shower we had for 8 faultless years, even thought I did dipose of a good shower, If this one lasts as long I will be we pleased”

“Very good. Works first time. Unlike Screwfix product, which currently has a manufacturing quality issue (cistern water flow would not shut-off). Your product has been fitted and now forget it, for the next 3 years or so. Appreciated. Good price, quick delivery. Peter”
