“It's got to be rated 5 stars for the ease of purchase,definitely the very competitive price and the overall service of both communication and delivery. Came very well packed and fast delivery. “Absolutely useless. Products not in stock, eventually sent the washer I ordered, without the plastic nut shown online. Luckily I had the old one. Other washers also not in stock, I had to prchase them from a local plumber. I will NEVER use them again.”

“Unfortueately the item in the photograph was not stocked by this company. However a different item was posted quickly and when informed of the mistake the company immediately issued a rebate. The level of service was excellent”

“I never got the item in time to use it on the job I purchased it for. I got told at the last minute it was out of stock so wouldn't be arriving. In fairness when the stock came in they sent it out by 24 tracked delivery at no extra cost so it would still arrive in time. Unfortunately then Royal Mail delivered it 72 hours later which Plumbing Supplies Direct couldn't control! Overall I would definitely use them again as they did everything in their control to fulfill my order on time.”
