I ordered some parts online. Didn't hear anything, no confirmation email, no contact. I phoned up after waiting two weeks and not receiving my order. I was told they didn't have the parts and would get them from another depot and post asap.
It seems like my order got completely forgotten until I phoned. I cancelled my order as I needed the parts and s local supplier got them in next day for me.
I know mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated an explanation and apology.
