Hi John, A little disappointed you have left us this one star review, I have just spoken with you regarding this order and I explained that you can see from the tracking information it was dispatched the same day and is in the hands of Royal Mail, I am sorry but due to a worldwide pandemic and shops being closed this has but extra stress on the postal service and they are unable to handle such a big increase in volume, I would hope you could show a little understanding.
