“Complete waste of time. I spend £40k a year at Screwfix (Plumbfix) can be verified. I tried this outfit as they had a Black Friday sale.... Only spent £100 on SS Braided flexi houses for a HMO job, 20 hoses. A week later the order arrived and total wrong. They sent white painted hoses with no iso valves. 5 emails later (no one answers the phone) they finally collected for a refund. Now I need fight for a refund as still nothing heard from them. If you plumbers run a business like I do stay away. Stick to who you know”

“The product supplied was delivered in good condition. I am disappointed that having paid for 1-3 day delivery, parcel force didn’t deliver until 5th working day. I emailed plumbing supplies about this but got no response”

“This is more about Plumbing Supplies as a company than the products I bought (which I know are okay because I have used them before). Everything I have had from them so far has been well-packaged, sent as promised and received without damage. Can't fault the company. Reasonable prices and Reliable; what more can you ask for? “Very poor costumer service refusing to send me return label, Plumbing supplier direct manager told me that I have to pay for postage. Hotbox with no foam for box no package for super fire 2 and very little bubble wrap and still not acceptable for them to refund my money”
