“Excellent customer service only thing for me is yodel, there was no courier information or tracking given from yodel so I feel this let the service down as I had to wait in all day. If I had tracking I could have monitored this and it didn't come until 6pm so was a little disappointed with yodel courier. also the order confirmation twice went to my junk emails,”

“Delivery was very fast , i also got sent an email to tell me that the package shows the product on the outside of the box, so make sure little ones aren't around, which i thought was brilliant . very impressed .”

“I ordered a pram for my stepdaughter for Christmas, it was delivered a few days later which was great. Built it all up to make sure it was okay and everything was perfect. Really easy to build as well. It’s a beautiful pram and fantastic quality! We will have one happy girl on Christmas morning! Thank you.”
