“No problems from sale to receipt - seems a great company selling quality items, many of which fill a gap in the market that no other company seems to be addressing (doll pushchairs for older/taller girls). One star knocked off, however, for one thing that would make a big difference in my opinion. Most of your sales are likely to be gifts - birthday, Christmas, etc - I wrote a note in the delivery notes section to ask if it was possible for the box to be disguised/plain so as to not show the contents. Unfortunately this was not the case and there is an image of the pushchair on the box - luckily my delivery driver was savvy enough to conceal and warm me of this so I could avoid my daughter seeing it.”

“We did have difficulty with getting the hood onto the carrycot but it was sorted eventually and hopefully, our great-granddaughter will have many hours of play with it.”

“Great size pram but should have 2nd cover for other pram seat an at least come with a bag for the price but great size for 8yr old plus and easy to assemble”

“Lovely pram is lovely and I would recommend Howe we my pram arrived with some scratches on and the hood stitching in one area wasn’t the best. I contacted Kimberly over email who stated she would send another hood in the post but I have not received anything as of yet. This was a gift for my niece so I would have been ever so happy if it arrived in the prefect condition. The accessories were beautiful and in brilliant condition. Also I was told on your webs site whilst ordering the items would be next day delivery if ordered in a set time as there was a timer on the website for next day delivery but this wasn’t the case. I mentioned this to someone on email who stated they have removed the timer now. Overall I love the item and would recommend your products but the issue of delivery was a little disappointing and the condition of my pram was a little disappointing.”

“Product is great for the price. And I know my daughter will love it at Xmas to go with her new pram and baby. Its Just what I wanted and couldn't find the style of changing bag anywhere else. How ever it was left by my door. Behind my gate which is fine but it's a present for my daughter and she went in first. (I didn't realise the parcel had been delivered) and it has a full picture and description on the box. So she saw it all. I made out it was for my friend but I'm still disappointed she has seen it and on Xmas day I'm sure she will realise because She's 8”

“I purchased two dolls' prams from Play Like Mum, I am so impressed they truly are just like the real thing! The website was easy to search and find products, checkout was quick and simple. I received e-mail confirmation of my order and despatch advice. The goods arrived before expected. The only slight disappointment was one of the wheels had the trim missing. A quick phone call to Play Like Mum customer service and I received a replacement wheel within a couple of days. Great job Play Like Mum.”

“I was a bit dissapointed with play like mum customer service. I ordered the daisy pram and interactive doll for my 4 year old grandaughters birthday. It was due to be delivered on the tuesday, ( her birthday was the following day ) But only the interactive doll came. I immedietly went into panic mode and phoned play like mum , after waiting ages on the phone a recorded message told me to leave a message as they were very busy, which i did. Telling them only half the present had arrived . Thankfully the pram arrived later that day, but play like mum still havnt bothered to call me back. My grandaughter loves her pram and doll, and both are such good quality, i wouldnt hesitate to reccomend play like mum to everyone .”
