“Shopping experience couldn’t have been better, from the online ordering process to the extras I ordered over the phone. Staff member was friendly, professional and efficient. Goods delivered as promised. Unable to review yet as gifts will be unopened until Christmas. If I had to have one criticism, it would be that there is only one cosytoes included in the accessory pack for the twin buggies. It was no problem to order another one for £12.99 and it was explained to me that research had shown that most children playing with the twin buggies didn’t want to use the 2nd cosytoes, hence it’s not available in the pack. I still think there should be two in the accessory pack, even if it was more expensive. It doesn’t make sense to me and if I hadn’t bought an extra one then my granddaughter would definitely have questioned it.”

“Brilliant service, next day delivery as promised. Really good quality product. Bought as a Christmas present so it hasn’t been used yet but couldn’t resist a sneak peak while little one was at school. Would recommend and would use again!”

“Excellent service quick delivery. Brought the silver cross wave for my daughters 8th birthday she loves it her Reborn dolls fit it perfectly. So well made but the high chair we brought aswell can only hold really small dolls which is shame.”

“Can not fault this company at all I’ve bought numerous items over the past years a pram, high chairs and pushchair and all the accessories they made the perfect Xmas gifts for my granddaughter all from he same range , she loved them all and have been played with constantly.”

“Service was good expect for the postage label being stick on the main picture on the actual box. This is a Xmas present and it is difficult to pretend it’s from father Xmas when it has my name and address over the main picture. You could have put it on the bottom of the box so it was less obvious! Had to peel it off and it has taken top layer off the box. Now looks a bit scruffy. I appreciate trying to cut down on packaging, but do try and consider that we are trying to keep a little Magic of Xmas alive!”
