“I ordered and received the fascia panels but found some lengths had slightly different profiles, some edges severely damaged which I couldn't use.”

“The delivery came as requested unfair we had no prior delivery warning ie text, email etc that’s the reason for a 3*”

“Delivery time was awful. almost a month for 9 450mm fascias. on delivery one was also damaged as it was dragged along the floor. it should be a 2 person delivery not 1. i haven't contacted about the damage as it isn't worth the hassle. However, Kath was extremely helpful and gave me frequent updates on the delays. good customer service from Kath.”

“I can’t complain about the product I received for the roof panel. However my 3 stars is due to lack of communication and also the delivery time. Ordered the panel on the 31st of January 2024 and never heard a thing until I messaged on the 14th of February. I don’t doubt the company is good but maybe more effort to keep people updated on delivery times.”

“Ordered Coastline cladding, it has been over a week without my item delivered. Tried to contact them via the customer service but seems to be no one pick up. The live chat apps useless, it won't work when you click it. The delivery date and time totally uncertain.”

“Used a couple of times. Fast delivery and 1st purchase was good, but the window board on the 2nd purchase was dented and damaged in various locations. I didn't realise until it was cut to size and the protective plastic removed.”

I would still be waiting for the items if I hadn’t found out where the local depot is - they didn’t know about my order/delivery but supplied the items from stock”

My only problem was they were delivered to a different house on my Close, with no note informing me that they had been delivered and to whom. A neighbour said he had wondered around from house to house, asking if they had ordered guttering!?”
