“Products at a great price although communication somewhat lacking and delivery time quite slow. Would order again but will definitely do so well in advance to ensure products arrive in time for the project.”

“Put order in no update that was out of stock until I called had wait another couple days for my delivery which turned out was only a few miles from me”

“A mixed bag. On the good side, the price was good and the products good. However, delivery was promised as 2 days from order, after 5 days it was changed to 9 days from order and eventually arrived 10 days from order. I then found there were 3 items missing and raised this with their support. They claimed everything was sent so I sent photographs of what was delivered as it was left on the driveway. I also told them my builder had been held up and the delay was costing me money (which was true). On the plus side they then delivered the missing items at 8am next morning.”

“I had to chase up order, then given 24 hour notice. Order was short. Customer Service was good and sorted things out quickly.”

“No notification of actual delivery after initial suggested timing. Items delivered before this date but just left on front lawn with no further notification. Not fitted yet so unable to comment on quality”

“Happy overall with the products which were purchased. Only gripes were that after having delivery confirmed by a member of the team being on a Monday it was actually delivered the Friday before with no phone call or attempt to make contact as we were out at time of delivery, products were just dumped on our driveway, finally 3 out of 9 roofing bars had broken packaging and the end caps were missing.”

“Easy to order, good prices however, found out after ordering that the items I ordered where not in stock at the 'local' supplier. (Not chosen by me) If I had known this I would of got them from other branches directly. Had to wait over a week, but when they did turn up all good. Will probably go direct next time to avoid the wait.”

“Great prices and exactly what I was looking for.Would give higher rating if it didn't take several emails and a wait of nearly two weeks to get my order that came from Eurcell just 5 miles down the road.But they do say in the order email "We strongly advise not to arrange tradesmen until goods are received and checked to avoid any extra costs to yourself" , so as long as you aren't in a hurry well recommended.”

“Happy with delivery, happy I recieved all I ordered. The only thing me and the customer arnt happy about is the big scratch down the middle of the faisea board that won't come out. If they sent a new one out I for me to change then would have 5 stars but didn't get a email back.”

“Item and price very good, contact with Building plastics good. Communication between main and delivery company, poor this also led to being informed the delivery would be a few days but the local delivery company (Accrington) delivered next day”

“The website and ordering process was good and the prices were very good however it only merits a score of because despite the website stating delivery normally around 3 days the order took over two weeks to arrive and in that time I had to chase it twice. Was told it would arrive on Thursday but despite staying in all day nothing happened and I received no communication to say why until I chased for an update again. It eventually arrived on the following Monday.”

“I placed an order for some soffit board and trims. It turned up a few days later with no warning with a grumpy delivery driver moaning about online orders. The boards had minor damage but ordered over so no problem. What was a problem was the boards were not the same and didn't go together as grooves where different sizes. Didn't get noticed until they were all cut and I'd ordered other items on the second order. Again this arrived with no notice and left by the driver. Two of 4 items were incorrect. Managed to work around but very unlikely to use company again.”
