“Very happy with product. Delivery was not so good. Delivered to wrong street and left in their back garden for a couple of days as no one was at home. Website was advising me that product had still to be dispatched so I never chased. A bit of a shambles to be honest.”

“Never had my delivery at 1am according to there computer. Communication very poor delivery not on day agree. Just left on drive way. Prices good”

“The price is very competitive, the product good. However, as with another review it was passed onto Eurocell (a 10 minute drive from my house). This lead to a different messages re: delivery. Online plastics say they will contact you the day before, Eurocell contact you on the actual day. Delivery was then 3 weeks after the order placed with online plastics. Delivery information needs to be much, much clearer.”

“Put order in no update that was out of stock until I called had wait another couple days for my delivery which turned out was only a few miles from me”

“A mixed bag. On the good side, the price was good and the products good. However, delivery was promised as 2 days from order, after 5 days it was changed to 9 days from order and eventually arrived 10 days from order. I then found there were 3 items missing and raised this with their support. They claimed everything was sent so I sent photographs of what was delivered as it was left on the driveway. I also told them my builder had been held up and the delay was costing me money (which was true). On the plus side they then delivered the missing items at 8am next morning.”

“Happy overall with the products which were purchased. Only gripes were that after having delivery confirmed by a member of the team being on a Monday it was actually delivered the Friday before with no phone call or attempt to make contact as we were out at time of delivery, products were just dumped on our driveway, finally 3 out of 9 roofing bars had broken packaging and the end caps were missing.”

“After a long delay concerning delivery , ‘my fault ion assuming product was not available ‘ I enquired as to when my order would arrive ,product arrived next day . I imagine my order was misplaced . I was happy with delivery and product so much so I intend to order a much larger order to complete my project”

“Easy to order, good prices however, found out after ordering that the items I ordered where not in stock at the 'local' supplier. (Not chosen by me) If I had known this I would of got them from other branches directly. Had to wait over a week, but when they did turn up all good. Will probably go direct next time to avoid the wait.”

“Great prices and exactly what I was looking for.Would give higher rating if it didn't take several emails and a wait of nearly two weeks to get my order that came from Eurcell just 5 miles down the road.But they do say in the order email "We strongly advise not to arrange tradesmen until goods are received and checked to avoid any extra costs to yourself" , so as long as you aren't in a hurry well recommended.”

“Happy with delivery, happy I recieved all I ordered. The only thing me and the customer arnt happy about is the big scratch down the middle of the faisea board that won't come out. If they sent a new one out I for me to change then would have 5 stars but didn't get a email back.”
