Communication with this company was very bad. I received an email to tell me my order was going to be delivered on a Monday. Waited in all day but no delivery. I phoned them on the Tuesday and I was told they would look into it and phone me back. No phone call that day! Basically I phoned every day and every time I was told I would have a delivery the next day. In the end I received the order 8 days after the original delivery date. That is not a good way to treat your customers.

The price and the ability to combine upvc products and guttering in one order was good but the order fulfilment process and delivery were very poor. Building Plastics are clearly just a portal and they then pass the order on to local suppliers of plastic products. I only got a delivery date for my order because I chased it and then it was fulfilled by Eurocell and they got it wrong twice. They even sent a white downpipe to go with black guttering and accessories

First delivery faultless second was polar opposite poor and conflicting communications from BP. Still waiting on update and feedback regards logged complaint. Like dealing with two different companies. Customer service extremely poor

Ordered over a week ago, emailed within minutes of placement to advise I'd made a slight error and could I amend the order. Told several hours later that the order has been processed and it was too late. A week later and I'm still waiting for the goods to arrive and/or acknowledgement of the dispatch! Quite poor for a company with 'second to none' customer service!

Buyer Beware.... Goods failed to arrive on BPO's own emailed due date. After sending an email (which was not responded to) I telephoned Customer Services and was informed that the local depot was presently, not responding to their call and they would call me back later....I'm still waiting! No delivery and no replies to my enquiries. Delivery is over a week overdue by BPO's own due date. It seems to me that the products themselves and 'value for money' are good. However, the logistics of actually getting them is not and the communication of BPO is poor. Very disappointed

Prices can't be beaten, customer service a let down. Made several orders recently. Was sent the wrong item on one delivery, which I suppose does happen. This issue was trying to get it sorted. Spent ages on the phone for someone to answer, when they eventually did advised me to report via email(couldn't get off the phone quick enough). I did this along with a couple of messages via the website. Never heard a word back, and this was several weeks ago. Luckily they were relatively inexpensive items and couldn't be bothered to constantly chase up. Unfortunately it's hard not to use again as the prices are the best I could find. Just hope you don't get an error with your orderšŸ¤žšŸ»

Upvc quadrant was delivered unpacked just sellotapeat ends and middle leaving rest exposed and as it came in the back of a lorry just on floor it was all marked ŵith deep scratches.

Best prices around. Communication the worst ever , cannot contact no-one. No- response to email even after a week. No details on when delivery will be made. Customer services Absolute shambles.

Excellent prices, good range of products available, BUT - and it's a BIG BUT - the product I bought was supposed to arrive at a certain time on a certain day - no show. Same thing happened three times. When I tried to ring Building Plastics Online, the so-called customer service was appalling.... the telephone went onto answerphone almost immediately and the unhelpful recorded message repeats every 10 seconds... it drove me almost insane as I must have listened to the same message 60 times or more. I gave up in the end. I had to think outside the box to get my goods, but in the end, the sill was delivered to me by a local branch of Eurocell. I shall go direct to Eurocell rather than using Building Plastics Online in future.

Didn't get delivery updates, order came incomplete and was just dropped on my drive, no one came to the door. Got in touch with customer services but didn't hear back. I'm now out of pocket as I had to buy replacements from another source.

Unfortunately i havent yet received my goods yet so cant comment. I put my order in 7th February 24 and still waiting for it to be delivered I was told 4 to 6 weeks. Its due this week, so we will see.

Great product - bathroom wall panels, great price, and I am sure, generally a great company to deal with. But right now, they have mis-marketed and mis-sold a product, then falsified online content to avoid having to resolve the matter. Now they are refusing to respond to my requests to discuss and resolve the matter. At this rate I will need to seek a refund via PayPal.

Delivery was badly delayed! I ordered 3 facia boards on 29/02/24 but did not receive anything until 25/03/24 and then only 2 of the 3 boards. They gave me 3 delivery dates which never happened!

Here's a tip. Before you take an order be sure that one of your depots can service it. A (supposedly) simple order of window sills resulted in three failed attempts to locate stock from two depots and delivery assurances which did not materialise. The two stars are for the valiant attempts of your customer services agent to rectify the situation. I finally received the goods but it took a month and numerous calls. I'll look elsewhere in future!
