“I missed a small item (costing a couple of pounds) off my order, but then sent an email within hours asking for it to be added. I got no reply and order arrived without. I tried several times to get it from my local Eurocell depot, but they were out of stock and ultimately had to pay Eurocell £10 to deliver a £2 part. Finally after weeks delay I can do the job.”

“Keen prices and good products delivered quickly. Only thing that could be improved is the ease of use of the website. The size option for facia boards could be a little more obvious. A very minor issue.”
