“When leaving the car park, I put my ticket in and the display said I had to pay £184, I spoke to the guy on the intercom and he sorted it out! At 2:30am this is not what I was needing!

“Good service.I was going to be asked to pay a charge but they dropped it .But when I dropped the car off I was speaking to a gentleman and told him that the flight had been changed to a later time. They dropped the surcharge.”
“Barrier wouldn’t open on arrival, car in front was same, on exit, the machine was stuck on ‘take your ticket’ message and again, had to press the buzzer. Despite this, it’s near the terminal, so handy for early morning flights.”
