Straight in without any issues got parked next to the bus stop where the driver kindly offered to wait for us to unload car.
On return journey 11.00 pm
Bus there waiting to take us back.
Then on way out no issues with the ticket reader either.”
“On arrival the number plate camera didn't recognise our number plate, it had also happened to the people behind us, when exiting the carpark we were told we owed £248, we pressed the button to be greeted with a very grympy and impatient man, not what you need when you get off a flight. We also took some time to find the bus pick up point on return as there were no signs or directions to the pickup point.”

“We used the PP for first time (10-20 July 2022) and would happily use it again. Signing on the approach, although minimal, was enough to get us to our destination safely.
One suggestion is to provide more than 2 pick up/drop off points. We were parked a distance from the first Pick Up Point but had to rush to the second point (some distance away) with our cases to catch the bus that had just left the first PUP.
The drop off at the airport was good but when we were returning it was noted that there were no seats in the shelter/canopy pick up area. We were tired after a long flight and then we had to wait 3 hours for our cases. A seat at that point would have been welcomed as we waited for the bus. The driver was very courteous, friendly and I’d a good rep for PP. He had only been there 2 weeks but he was very pleasant and chatty.”
“The parking was ok but I feel the price is very expensive. My car was was also very filthy on return. There was no sign from airport terminal to go up a ramp to the left so we got lost. I would suggest you put a clear signpost near the trams and the ramp on the left”
“Excellent deal & easy to book online. Only small issue is, that there is no signage for the walkway to the airport, especially needed on the way back. No staff that I asked knew where to direct me.”
