“Crazy mix up with booking.Paid online so barrier should have lifted when parking.Nothing happened.Took ticket and it indicated we would have to pay on exit.Phoned Customer Service at Edinburgh Airport and check made.Assurances everything was ok.Two weeks later at 2.30am barrier refused to lift.Pressed button for help.Eventually booking was found and barrier lifted. Not a particularly efficient system this time round”
“Very good, relatively easy to find, easy to park, buses every 10 minutes, drop off a pick up east to find, I will continue to use Plane parking when I fly out of Edinburgh.”
“Not happy I had to pay an additional charge to get out of the car park on 16/05/25 after a long delay to my flight from Chicago UA118 on 15/05 arriving 16/05/”
“So easy you just pull into a bay leave your keys and get a receipt when you come back scan your receipt to find your keys in a numbered box and it has the bay your car is parked in for collection. The only thing that you must do to get out at the barrier is press for a ticket so it will lift. Fab parking service and all staff very helpful will definitely use again”
“Good, although on leaving the car park it said that I owed £244 when I had already prepaid. I pressed the intercom and it was soon rectified thankfully. However not what you need at the end of a journey!”
“Easy to find and no long wait for bus to terminal. . But on departure from the carpark I was going to be charged $150 excess charge when my ticket was still within my time purchased. Easily sorted after a phone call to the operator.”
“Great price, very easy to find and did not have to wait long for pick up to the airport . When returning the bus was waiting . Its about 5 mins to Airport”
“The hand-over is easy and quick and finding the car keys and vehicle on return also straightforward.
But getting past the airport barrier is not. Where exactly is the barcode you use to raise the barrier and how are you supposed to know that?
I had to phone for help after seven hours in trains and planes which is not exactly a “Welcome to Scotland” especially at midnight.”
