“I recently used Plane Parking for the first time. It was easy to find & gain entry to the site. I parked & waited a short time for the shuttle bus to the Terminal. Coming home, I got the shuttle bus back to my car. However, trying to exit the car park was not straightforward. No matter which way I inserted the ticket, the barrier would not lift. I had to press the help button for assistance. I wasn't the only one having problems trying to exit the car park. If that was sorted out, I'm sure I would be happy to use this car park again.”

Constant bus shuttle service even at 03.00 am in the morning, minimal hanging about.
Pre-pay.
Drive up & park.
Bus shuttle to terminal 5 minutes.
Vice versa on return.

“Undertook the longish drive past mid parking, and long stay parking, and got to Plane parking, due 4 full laps of areas but didn't know an additional area has been added near stand C , only found this out after finally getting a tight space. Think more signs in the additional added area should occur. Coming back , due to traffic issues took about 25/30 minutes for bus back to parking. So disappointed 😔 in overall experience.”
“The parking was fine until our return when we put our ticket in the machine to return home it wouldn't accept it after a long day of travel you don't really want hassle on the way out”
“On arrival at the barrier for some reason the registration plate recognition system did not recognise our registration plate and would not open the barrier. This was not the best way for us to start our holiday and caused us a bit of stress as we were running late for our plane. It was quickly resolved however by speaking to the person on the intercom. The rest of our stay was great though, hassle free and without incident.”
“Buses and drivers were 1st class, the only problem encountered was when exiting the park at the barrier.
When I inserted the ticket, the display panel said I owed £266-00 !! This was quickly fixed by calling the operator who raised the barrier to let us leave”
“Very convenient for me to travel to Edinburgh or Glasgow airports but when I use Edinburgh I always use Plane Parking. Prompt bus transfer to and from the terminal building. Entry and exit to/from parking very straight forward and would recommend booking in advance.”
“Reliable and good shuttle bus service. It would be helpful if there was a timetable of shuttlebus departure times or a board that gave you the estimated waiting time for the next shuttle bus.
It was 5 past midnight by the time I got to the bus shelter and was not confident a bus was coming after waiting for a while. I ended up walking to the parking place in the rain (and beat the bus there).”
