“Competitive prices and easy ordering. Have used Pirates Cave before which is why I used them again. My delivery didn't arrive on the day as expected and I was about to contact them first thing the next day when they telephoned me to apologise. My package had been damaged in transit and had been returned by the courier. The next day my order arrived and all was well. Very impressed with the efficient service.”

“Fast, efficient service and my Gill Short Sailing Boots are perfect. I ordered them on Sunday evening and they arrived first thing Wednesday morning. Extremely comfortable, waterproof, easy to get on and off but most importantly they don't slip. They look great too! Thank-you.”

“Fast next day deliver. Only problem is that I enteredv a voucher number, but then discovered I was charged the full amout rather than the small excess over the voucher value! This was soon sorted out after a phone call but it took a couple of days for the refund!”
