“Fast, efficient service and my Gill Short Sailing Boots are perfect. I ordered them on Sunday evening and they arrived first thing Wednesday morning. Extremely comfortable, waterproof, easy to get on and off but most importantly they don't slip. They look great too! Thank-you.”

“Fast next day deliver. Only problem is that I enteredv a voucher number, but then discovered I was charged the full amout rather than the small excess over the voucher value! This was soon sorted out after a phone call but it took a couple of days for the refund!”

“Fast delivery - even to Sweden, but the quality of the signal flags were below my expectations. The white area on the blue on flag 2 whas sown on top of the blue and was som thin that it looked darker, rather than ligher than the background in sunny conditions. When temporarily stored wet after a rain, the white areas got red stains from red flags.”

“Website and ordering was fine. But no despatch confirmation email and the courier (APC?), was dire, other than a "missed delivery" card (I had no idea there was going to be a delivery because I hadn't had a despatch email) there was no communication from them, no timed delivery window etc.”

“I was looking for the same life jacket for my daughter that her snorkeling club use (SeaGo 190), and Pirates Cave had it in stock and at the best price I found. It was delivered within 2 days, and used at the weekend - very happy daughter :) Website is easier to navigate than some too!”
