“It seams lately that some basic stock is out of stock and being trade and usually needing it right away im forced to buying elsewhere. I realise that following COVID-19 parts maybe in short supply but for trade buyers sometimes you can’t wait for ordered parts particularly items that should be stock. Time is money so jobs that have to be revised because of lack of basics is a problem. I know from running a marina you can’t stock everything!! Kindest regards mark mead”

“I ordered 2 life jackets on line. The price was excellent. I had an issue with payment as my bank didn't like the payment system and when it finally went through, my account was still showing the items as u paid for. I spoke to customer service - who answered promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. They stabilised the order had been paid for and the items arrived next morning. I couldn't be more impressed amd will buy from Pirates Cave Chandlery again.”
