“Delivary was 4 plus days late leaving me to canceling my lift back into the harbour and purchasing the same item again from a different chandler to get it in time for launch . Delivary charge was refunded by you but the hassle and inconvience on me and the yard will mean i will never use pirates cave again and would not recommend to anyone in my marina either . Extremely poor performance on delivary .”

We're truly sorry about this. Whilst we shipped your order within our timeframes, our delivery partner, DHL, caused delays as a result of a problem within their network - hence why we made a delivery charge refund to you. As can be seen from other reviews - our speed of delivery is usually something that people provide positive feedback for, so it's very disappointing to us that this has occurred with your order. Sometimes these things are just out of our control, but we do accept responsibility and can only apologise. As a small business, your feedback is of course the last thing we want to hear.

Good morning, Apologies the goods turned up three days late. I have looked into this order and can see that it was dispatched from us on the same day that you placed the order, however unfortunately our courier service have let us down with this one as there were some issues on their end, which is what caused the delay. I have raised this issue with them to ensure it does not happen again. ^Sam
