“Bought a couple of off the shelf items. Made a effort to get them to me the next day, despite it being after the cut-off time and of relatively low value. Feels like you're dealing with a small company that cares about their customers, quite refreshing. Minor issue was that the website couldn't accept the discount code for free delivery, so had to phone the order through.”

“Good price. Good product. Excellent service. They dealt with a query about the order in a very patient way - especially when it was something that was initially perplexing for them. However they went above and beyond by dealing very efficiently with issue (and graciously accepted my apology when I told them it was my error)😊 definitely use their services again.”
