“I have had several orders from Pipers Farm now including meat, fish, dairy and pantry goods. I have absolutely loved every single item, which is why I keep going back. The quality is first class, maybe a bit on the pricey side but honestly, you really do get what you pay for. The website is extremely easy to use and the delivery fast and efficient. The wool packaging is also great for the garden! I can't think of a single thing negative to say. Thank you”

“I ordered from you for the first time just over a week ago, the customer service was excellent as was the delivery process very clear very simple very easy. I felt that the ethics and direction of Pipers farm is reflected throughout the product and I will be ordering again … absolutely delicious goods might I add! “We have been using Pipers Farm for a few years now. Have always found their products top quality. The reason we use them is they guarantee no Halal slaughter and a better quality of life for the animals with no intense factory farming. We also purchase their mutton which we have found to be just as good as lamb if cooked a little longer. All their products are free range including their chicken breasts - which is almost impossible to get from local butchers or foodstores. You may be paying a premium for all this but then they produce a premium product. No hesitate in recommending. Great delivery service too.”

“I have made several purchases from Piper’s Farm and my experience is normally quite good and quality of the product is high. However, the courier did not deliver to me but another location and when my order didn’t arrive I could get no assistance from them or Piper as it was after hours. Then when the next business day arrived I confirmed that the courier did not deliver my order and instead of working out a reimbursement or replacement I was told I needed to wait a whole week! For the courier to complete an investigation to confirm whether or not I can actually get my money back. I found this particularly disappointing as the image and location of the delivery was NOT my flat and that this is a consumable items regardless of the investigation there is no way I could accept the order now. And as this is food and plans were made with it, truly what am I supposed to do with it now?”

“I think Pipers Farm should be how we farm in the UK going forward. The principal about serving customers directly from the website means a lot of time, money and effort goes back into the farms. It also means variety and quality of products. You simply cannot buy the same thing in the supermarkets. The fact that products are sustainable, kind to the animal's welfare and humanely slaughtered is what society needs from farmers right now. To be ethical and to ensure we can still eat meat sustainably.”

“Your meat is excellent! It is expensive, but the quality never varies.Your Cumberland sausages are simply superb. Beautiful flavour and so little fat.
