“Part of order - which was placed in September - was cancelled the day before delivery in early December. Absolutely appalling attitude from Customer Service. I have been buying from Pipers Farm for years and I have never encountered such rudeness and unhelpful service from them.”

“Everything from Pipers farm is excellent quality. I also like the fish a lot! Everything comes frozen & v well packed so on arrival you just put in the freezer. Then you are not under any pressure to cook. Just take out the freezer a day or 2 depending on the size when u are ready to cook”

“The turkey leg was the most flavourful I have ever eaten. Service was excellent and deliver quick. It's difficult to find turkey before Christmas, and I wanted it for Thanksgiving. PF was one of the few places able to supply.”

“Haven't tasted any of the food I ordered yet as we froze it, but it all looks delicious. Everything was beautifully wrapped to go into the freezer immediately. Parcel itself was safely packed so that nothing was damaged. Definitely recommend this company for their wonderful choice of products, I'm sure it will all taste as good as it looks. Will use them again and would definitely recommend.”

“Genuinely fabulous produce, living in the Isle of Man I am used to delayed deliveries, however the delivery time was brilliant. Food was to be fair awesome. Fabulous company, excellent service, they have gained a regular customer.”

“I'm a new customer and have just ordered my second meat box from pipers. The first box ('Essentials') was excellent - the minced beef was delicious, made into a cottage pie, ful of flavour - the way meat used to taste like before 'big farming' took over. The chicken was the finest I've tasted for a long time- the family loved it! I've yet to eat the steaks, but I know I'm not going to be disappointed there. The plain pork sausages were full of meaty flavour, and a good size too. However! I Haven't given Pipers a full 5 stars because of the Ingredients used in your 'homemade' pies: Rapeseed oil is a massive no-no in our household (all seed oils are toxic and cause metabolic disease in the human) and margarine does similar damage. I want your pies to have PROPER full fat butter and lard in the pastry making - it's the only healthy (yes!) fat to use, as well as tallow and ghee. Proper Artisan bakery doesn't use the above 'fats'. The flavour will be amazing. Please have a look and see if there are any true artisan bakers out there and use them.Even if the pies cost more, I will guarantee My family will buy the lot! Neverthe less, pretty pleased with my order and will continue to use you for our meat sources. Many thanks Marion”

“This is my second review for pipers farm, so I will concentrate on the main part of my last order. I have a mastiff x Rhodesian as you can imagine he is a large dog and food is an important factor of his life. I have been buying the beef and venison farmers dog raw food for him and every mealtime he is excited to eat just from the smell of it. Due to the purity of the meat it is helping his weight loss journey and he is far better energy wise. Thank you pipers once more I would highly recommend your meat and dog raw.”

“I've only had great experiences with the few orders I've put in so far and I'm here to stay!! the quality and flavour of the meat compared to supermarket produce is greater than you might expect. Highly recommended.”
