“We’ve been customers of Pipers Farm for over 20 years and always enjoyed the meat and especially the excellent ethos and environmental responsibility. Our Turkey this year was outstanding as ever. Who says Turkey is dry? Ours was succulent and the whole family, including 5 small grandchildren loved it!”

“I ordered a goose for Christmas. Unfortunately due to the poor weather this year they came in smaller than expected. Pipers Farm were great in informing me about it and gave a refund for the weight difference. As the goose had less fat because of it, it still fed the intended number of people. Everyone thought it was absolutely delicious. Will buy again.”

“Arrived in good time . Eco friendly packaging , booklet and instructions . Beautiful Turkey; Arrived without any sliminess, odour or dripping in juices . Turned out moist, succulent and tender. In previous years had been told to keep it in a cold place but followed instructions on packaging. Thanks for the fresh herbs. I did panic a bit as I had not received an order confirmation email; was frantically looking for it a few days before delivery. Would appreciate a confirmation of order as soon as order has been processed.”

“Everything arrived on time and carefully packaged. The turkey looked beautiful with it's bouquet of herbs-just like a Christmas present! We were really pleased with our order, and immediately ordered a filet of beef for our New Year's dinner party. Many thanks to all the staff.”

“Goose arrived early in specified time slot. Packaging was all recyclable. It was well prepared and ready for the oven while giblets and fat were each packaged separately. It tasted very good. Five stars!”

“I ordered a whole turkey from Piper's Farm and received a delivery date of 21st December. I contacted the farm by email if they could deliver later and they gave me a date of 22nd which suited us better. I was impressed with my communication with Georgina at the farms customer service. The Turkey arrived well packed on the delivery date by DPD who were first class with their delivery updates. I cooked the Turkey on Christmas morning and took it to my sisters in the afternoon for the family dinner. Everyone was complimentary on how tasty the bird was which indeed it was. Will definitely use Piper's Farm again. Well done to all the staff at the farm, and Happy New Year to you all.”

“Very nice ham. No complaints except it would have been nice to have written instructions about soaking and cooking arrive with the ham so that I didn't have to search the whole site for info and end up emailing.”

“Ordered Xmas goose from Pipers and received it on promised day, on time. Goose was well-packed, insulated with highly-effective woollen packaging and ice packs. Pleased to see giblets and additional fat included. No complaints.”

“Pipers Farm sent me a perfect Goose to roast for Christmas, exactly the right size, delivered on the correct date - and it fitted both into my fridge and into my oven for two hours roasting. My tip - fill it with fruit, in my case two pears and several plums. Delicious for three people, and so,e left over for Boxing Day.”

“Service excellent. Turkey was amazing - got the smallest for 6 of us and we've had 5 generous meals out of it. Instructions, packaging, delivery, all great. Will definitely be back next year 😁”

“Goose was very packed and kept cool with insulation. Delivery was on time. Unfortunately the goose was a negative experience. Giblets and goose fat was contained in a bag contributing to the weight of the goose. It was extremely fatty. After draining during cooking, the remainder goose meat was insufficient.”

“Exceptionally good turkey and smoked gammon. I liked the paper wrapping (no plastic) and the big bunch of rosemary, thyme, parsley and sage that came with the bird was a lovely extra.”
