“Great meat - you’ll never want to buy from a supermarket again. Also love the convenience of the individually packed frozen meat, massively reduces waste and very easy to defrost when you need without much planning.”

“Bought pork belly and smoked gamon for Christmas. Both meats were amazing. We cooked the gamon in gingerbeer and it was the star of the Christmas meal. We cooked the pork belly and ate it with bao buns and it was also incredible. Highly recommend and will definitely buy both items again”

“Arrived well packaged and still frozen, individually wrapped. Great cuts of Osso Buco with lots of meat and bone marrow. Chicken breast was excellent. I've yet to tuck into the rest of my order.”

“I love the products, especially the Dairy line and tie in with field goods and la tua for prepped food. The meats we've purchased have all been good too but as our family grows I want to do more batch cooking and don't want to re-freeze pre-frozen food, so I'm getting that less now. The people who work at Support team have always been lovely as well. My only issue, is the website. The checkout process has errors and after many months they're still not fixed, so I don't shop there nearly as much anymore bc it's too much of a headache. The yoghurt is also always out of stock but I doubt that's their fault!”

“We decided to switch to eating slow-grown after watching a horrifying documentary about factory farming. We chose Pipers Farm because of their ethos supporting traditional and sustainable farming. Our order was delivered fast and well packed, really great to see all the sustainable packaging too. We've already tried the whole chicken and the chicken breasts, which are so different to supermarket meat - leaner and tastier.”

“The cheddar cheese I purchased has mouldy taste despite good use by date, I had to dispose it.”

“Turkey joint. Ordering and delivery was very satisfactory. And the end product was good and tasty. Problem for us was that we didn't know how long it would need to defrost so took out 48 hours before cooking time and put in fridge. 24 hours to go and it was still rock solid, so we took it out to the kitchen for 6-8 hours after which it seemed soft so put back in fridge overnight. Took out before cooking and followed instructions, however it wasn't ready in the time indicated. Perhaps it had still been cold in the middle. After putting back in and standing a couple more times it was ready and everyone said it was good. Pigs in blankets were very tasty. Would appreciate guidance as to how long to defrost for. If I remember for next year I will take it out about 6 days ahead as it did say you could let it sit in the fridge for 4 days once defrosted.”
