“Excellent produce at a very fair price, a good range, very well packed and always delivered on time. The only negative and would not stop me from ordering but, the web site payment system drives me insane, I know to clear cache but then that gives me problems with my tablet, does not happen on any other websites please sort it.”

“Excellent quality meat, we have ordered a few times and never been disappointed. However, the amount of plastic packaging is astonishing. Everything comes vacuum packed in plastic and then sealed in a plastic bag! Surely this could be cut down?”

“Love the packaging and love the contents even more,! The pies are lush! Proper home made taste and the pies are packed! Turkey burgers are my husband's favourite. The chicken curry was full of tender chicken and soo tasty. Haven't tried the fish pie yet.”

“The package was delivered to the wrong address. My parcels are sometimes delivered there so the occupier has my contact details. By the time they came back, contacted me and I was able to pick it up it had defrosted. I emailed about this but no response. It was also left on the (wrong) front doorstep, I had specifically asked that this should not be done as packages left like that are routinely stolen. The product itself is good but this delivery issue which resulted in much of it being wasted will mean I am unlikely to order again.”

We understand how inconvenient this must have been and that it may have caused you to lose out on the product. It's also concerning to hear that your parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and that it was left on your front doorstep, when you had requested that this should not be done as it can result in packages being stolen. “This was my first purchase from pipers farm, I ordered a chicken breast fillet, ox liver ,lambs liver,kefir and full fat pasture raised milk. So far we have tried the milk which is really nice and creamy my son loves it. I made a liver stew the other day and it tastes beautiful better then supermarket mass produced liver, I shall be ordering more 😃 haven’t yet tried the kefir so can’t comment but I can say they have good dates on the meat/poultry and diary .
