Following the advice from my GP practice I booked an appointment to have my ear wax removed. The practitioner did microsuction and irrigation, thy did no remove the wax. Thy charged me an advised me to return. I returned to my GP practice and they could not believe that Pindrop had not removed the wax. Dissapointed.
