I found your company online, I am making inquiries for an ear wax removal for my 97 year old Father who is a resident of a nursing home in South Kensington. Your charge of £80.00 is quite acceptable but the additional £100.00 plus surcharge for going to your Kings Road premise is not acceptable and should be mentioned on your website, had I know about it I would not have wasted my time calling your premises.
