“Excellent service. I had booked for Saturday rather than Friday but they fitted me in and the problem was sorted.”

“Christina was brilliant. She listened patiently to the issues I had been experiencing which led to a lack of confidence in the hearing aids I have had for five years. I expected that I might need to buy another brand but Christine reconfigured mine and I now wear my aids the whole time. Hearing massively improved. Thank you!”

“The staff especially Elizabeth Kingsmith were extremely friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to visit Pindrop at Winchmore Hill. “Professional and always a joy to visit. My hearing aids are wonderful and something of a revelation. I never knew that our beeped when turned on! I delighted with the product and the service. Heartily recommended.”

“I was seen by a very polite young lady. She told me that she would take a picture in side of the ears to see any wax inside. I was showing the pictures. I was told how the procedure worked and if I felt any discomfort, they would stop immediately and restart when I was ready. The whole procedure took less than ten minutes. A picture was then taken in both ears again, which showed the wax completely gone. The cost was £80 in total.”

“The reason for the visit was my annual check-up/service. I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and waited but a few moments before being greeted by Vishani, my audiologist. As ever Vishani was as efficient as she was charming - a real credit to the company. My ears were dewaxed prior to my hearing being retested. Vishani explained the results and recalibrated my aids to ensure that I derive the maximum benefit from them. Once again first class service from the Pindrop team.”
