“I have always had fantasic service from Pindrop Hearing. I had a review appointment today so had my hearing retested and my hearing aids were updated. Elizabeth gave me superb service, reprogramming my devices and offering really helpful advice.”

“Harry did an exceptional job conducting my vestibular function tests at the Harley Street Pindrop clinic. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and was reassuring throughout, taking particular care to ensure I was comfortable as I was managing another health issue at the same time. His many years of experience were evident in his calm, measured approach to analysing the results and making recommendations. I would highly recommend both Harry and the clinic. This is an excellent place to go, especially given the long NHS waiting times.”

“I am very lucky to be 5 minutes' walk away from the Winchmore Hill shop, so I have had minimum effort in maintaining my hearing aids over two and a half years. The service is always excellent, the staff very friendly and I come away feeling pleased that I opted for Pindrop rather than going for NHS hearing aids. It is so easy to drop in without making an appointment if I need any help or supplies. Yes, it cost more of course, but I think it was worth it.”

“Had my 6 month check with Elizabeth (Kingsmith) today. She's always friendly, super helpful and knowledgable. Answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction. Georgia at receptions was as fun and welcoming as always. Thanks again for a really fun check up!”

“After accommodating a change in appointment date/time the actual appointment was as efficient as i have come to expect. i hadn't met Elizabeth before, but she lived up to expectations and the consultation was slick and efficient as ever (although unfortunately requiring a further adjustment to the aids reflecting further dimunition!!!)”

“I recently had a hearing test with with Pindrop Hearing and the experience was excellent. Elizabeth was knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain things and answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I left feeling much more informed about my hearing health.
