“A very professional set up. Quick in the uptake on issues I was facing and technically competent, helpful and quick in sorting out issues with the Phonak app. I moved away from London and initially resolved to go local, but ended up returning to Pindrop because their service is excellent.”

“It's so nice to be able to hear well again! No more struggling to hear the Pilates and Yoga instructors. Pindrop have taken great care to ensure I have exactly the right hearing aids and I'm immediately enjoying the results. Wonderful service and ongoing care package.”

“Overall, a great service. We required advice and a hearing aid for our teenage daughter for whom there are very limited private clinic options in the UK as she is under 18. I was recommended Pindrop and they were most excellent. The service was urgent and time critical as our daughter was going back to school and we live outside London so we only had 4 days to go from initial appointment to hearing aid fitted and sorted. Pindrop managed to pull this off seamlessly. Our daughter is now at school, hearing properly for the first time in many years and flourishing. Thank you so much for all your great work and such timely intervention. We would strongly recommend the service and all the professionals we dealt with.”

“Excellent personable service. Identified hearing loss and provided a range of options for hearing aids. Additionally, there was a payment plan to support. Seen two different audiologists, both were absolutely lovely. Highly recommend Pin Drop.”

“I’ve been getting my hearing checked and hearing aids supplied and maintained via Pindrop for nearly 15 years and, in all that time, haven’t had even the slightest thing I could complain about. I can’t imagine ever using a different audiologist to be honest. Such an incredibly professional and friendly and knowledgable team.”

“The customer service is excellent, but I am lucky enough to live within 5 minutes' walk of the Winchmore Hill branch, so I only have to call in to make an appointment for anything other than the 6-monthly checks. Of course the initial outlay was considerable but the care plan covers me for 4 years, and that is worth having. I haven't had to worry about returns, refunds or deliveries. The audiologists I have been seen by have been very professional, pleasant and helpful. I feel that I did the right thing is going to Pindrop and do certainly not regret it.”
