“I had a problem not hearing well in one whilst wearing my one year old hearing aids! I was given a same day cancellation and it turned out to be wax in my ear. This was efficiently and cleanly removed with modern equipment. Good job!”

“Lovely ear specialist.lovely receptionist . Poor person on main door . Very abrupt letting people in who would be hard of hearing.otherwise the pin drop side of things fantastic worth every penny”

“Elizabeth was excellent, she solved all issues and patiently explained what treatment was needed to be given and why. She was also able to answer all my questions throughly. I even received spare parts if things were to go wrong Again. Many thanks for a successful and productive appointment.”

“Initial appointment : professional, comfortable, reassuring, thorough. Christina is excellent and clearly understands how sensitive deaf people can be. Highly recommend if you know you cant hear but are afraid of what you WILL hear if you go for a test. I now know I will have to wear a hearing aid - and with what’s on offer it may not be as bad as I always imagined.”

“Had my regular 6 month session with Celine which was excellent. Celine is a true professional. She takes great care of everything she does and having tested my hearing thoroughly and upgrade my aids I left actually hearing better than I had 45 minutes earlier. I've been a patient of Pindrop since 2021 and they are simply the best for value, expertise and attitude. You won't do better.”
