“I attended Pin Drop in Winchmore Hill after being recommended by a friend. I was seen by Shivanie Sachdev who was outstanding in her attention to detail and customer care. I had previously used another high street chain for my hearing aids but was dissatisfied with their service and after 9 months of poor aftercare I am pleased to have found Pin Drop. I now have hearing aids appropriate to my requirements with the comfort of knowing that there is great aftercare and support with Pin Drop. I highly recommend them.”

“Christina Courie is an absolute star. She is not only patient, compassionate and professional but somehow manages to make the whole experience actually quite pleasant. I was dreading the whole process but she’s managed to make it very positive. The whole team at Pin Drop are simply excellent! Thank you!”

“In excellent efficient service, I am so happy that I have Googled and found them just round the corner to my house in Chelsea. Easy to make an appointment online. The real gem practice and an expert audiologist taking special care. Strongly recommend🙂”

“I had a choice between Pindrop and ANOTHER to have my ears wax removed after having problems with my hearing for weeks. Couldn't get an appointment to see my GP and also been told to go to A&E. I was lucky to pick Pindrop. I was greeted by receptionist. Sara - explained the ear wax removal methods step by step. It took less than half an hour to get both ears cleaned. I would highly recommend Pindrop. Thank you.”

“I was very satisfied. One of my ears was blocked with some very stubborn wax. The audiologist persevered and eventually succeeded in removing it. The other ear still has a little wax left, for which I've been given some olive oil drops in the form of a spray. The clinic is clean and I found the audiologist very efficient. Thank you. It was worth the money.”
