“I visited the Harley Street clinic on recommendation from a colleague after waking up with a blocked ear. The explanation of the treatment and pricing was very clear and the procedure painless. It is wonderful to hear again without everything being muffled. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Pindrop’s clinic on King’s Road is set up to a very high technical standard and offers a highly professional testing service. Their clinician, a graduate of Witwatersrand, made recommendations tailored to my particular needs and budget. I am thrilled with the result, app-controlled hearing aids which have restored clarity and can be flexed for different environments. Congratulations and thanks to all concerned.”

“This was my second visit to Pindrop, after a period of two years, for wax removal. I once again found the whole experience very satisfactory. Booking, via the website, was easy with a number of slots being available. I was greeted warmly at reception and the whole procedure was carried very competently. At all times I was advised what to expect and a positive outcome ensued - I can now hear again!”

“I'm so grateful to have had a thorough hearing test at Pindrop. A detailed account of my hearing issue was taken followed by series of tests. The procedures were described in full and the results explained. I left with a printed analysis and recommendations going forward. All of the staff were friendly and polite. The consulting rooms are bright and very well equipped. Most importantly for me, I trust the results and recommendations.”

“I rate Pindrop very highly indeed. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are all excellent - attentive, thorough and professional and they have improved my hearing enormously. What I particularly appreciated was that my first session didn't involve my buying an expensive hearing aid. Instead I was recommended to see an ENT surgeon and have grommets fitted. When you get that sort of advice and support you know you're in good hands. Thoroughly recommended.”

“From the receptionist to the audiologist I had excellent treatment. The audiologist explained exactly what tests he would be performing and following these tests he showed me the graph and that my hearing loss was so minimal that I did not need a hearing aid. Coming from a company selling hearing aids I found that a delightful surprise.”

“I have visited with various audiologists concerning tinnitus. My visit with Pindrop at their new location, which is close, was very good. The audiologist was a very good listener and experienced. The session was extremely helpful in dealing with this very trying “ailment”. A very satisfactory appointment.”

“This was my second visit to Pindrop. I chose this company because it has branches close to where I live, and appointments are available at short notice. Other companies I investigated had long waiting lists - several months! On both occasions, I had swift painless treatment for removal of ear wax, which had caused problems over several weeks. The audiologist explained exactly what she was going to do, and was very gentle and encouraging throughout. Worth every penny to have my hearing back so clearly!susanerenwick@virginmedia.com”

“Shivani the audiologist, at the Winchmore Hill branch, was very friendly and welcoming. She fully explained the ear wax removal procedure and made me feel at ease. She used a camera so I could see inside my ears, which was amazing and I could see that one ear was clear, but the other was completely blocked with wax. She then used the micro vacuum to gently suction out the wax from my ear - I hadn't used any oil previously and it was no problem. Once the wax was removed, my ear felt instantly clearer. I would thoroughly recommend Pindrop for their efficiency and professionalism.”
