“Was amazing cleared all my ear wax genital and no pain thank you pindrop . Well defo go again !was happy of recovery all wax taken out and I can hear now .”

“After having suffered hearing loss for about a week, I contacted Pindrop Hearing and was amazed but pleased to get an appointment for the very next day. Their Harley Street clinic is very bright and clean and the staff professional, polite and welcoming. The treatment I received resulted in me having better hearing than I've had in years. It was immediately diagnosed that I simply had was built up in both ears as I had expected. The treatment was quick and painless. I will definitely be contacting Pindrop Hearing if this happens again and will not hesitate in recommending them to family and friends. The price of the half hour appointment was very reasonable. Whilst I am a huge fan of the NHS, I could not have received such a speedy service from them.”

“Very happy with the service and expertise of Pindrop. I needed a diagnosis of whether my ear problems were middle or inner ear, their tests got to a clear diagnosis and were emailed to my consultant within an hour. Great facilities, clear and caring service and strong hygiene measures. Very much recommend.”

“Pindrop is such an important service and has come to my family's rescue a couple of times in the past year now. On this occasion my 12 year old son had really blocked ears and olive oil drops did not shift the wax (after 2 weeks of preserving). I was unable to get an appointment with our GP (no online booking and excessive telephone queues!) and it got to the point where my son simply couldn't hear properly. Pindrop were able to see my son within 2 days of contact and remove a high build up of wax from both ears. It has made such a difference to my son, particularly at school. Nilesh was extremely professional and calm throughout the procedure. Ears are delicate and you cannot take chances! I felt very assured and would now only use pindrop for any of the family's ear issues. The reception / booking staff were also very professional and helpful. A seamless service; 10 out of 10 all round! Thank you.”

“Excellent service. Staff are very professional and friendly. The audiologist quickly and safely removed some ear wax from my right ear, and also identified an unusual bump on my left eardrum. He advised me to see a GP and get a referral for an ENT specialist. Had I not seen the audiologist this problem would not have been identified. Regarding my right ear, I can hear perfectly well now! Many thanks to the team. 😊”

“It was a very professional experience to get treatment at Pindrop. The audiologist was very pleasant and helpful, she made me feel at ease and gave all relevant information about the treatment. I went for ear wax removal and Pindrop has a very advanced system for it. I could see the before and after pictures of the treatment. Would highly recommend.”

“Dear Rokhsar, My colleague, Sunita, and I should like to thank you, profusely, for the first class service and professionalism you showed at our meeting on Friday 14th May. We had visited Pindrop previously, on a couple of occasions, when our dear departed friend, Theresa Moore, had these hearing aids supplied and fitted, by one of your colleagues. We were very impressed with the whole Pindrop experience on those occasions. We were grateful to have been recommended to your Practice, by an accountant friend. Our recent visit and my thorough tests, ear cleansing and the setting up of the aids to counter my hearing loss, was a pleasure from start to finish. You put me at my ease, as I arrived with head on one side, struggling to hear you and feeling a little dejected. When you had finished the whole operation and fitted the aids and turned them on, I literally leapt for joy and was, and still am, astonished at the whole new lease of life you have given me. Thank you so much, Rokhsar, you are a very pleasant and talented individual and a great credit to Pindrop, who themselves provide excellent service, and a great product. Yours most sincerely Brian”
