If I could give minus stars I would. Appalling customer service. Ordered three items two arrived damaged. Sent photographs and asked for a refund. Items returned and still waiting for refund 3 months later. Keep chasing but NO REFUND. Product is good - Phairs are dreadful nothing but excuses.

Ordered dog food on 16th May. Estimated delivery 21-23rd. This date came and went no delivery. Then Evri had my parcel for one full week before they decided to deliver it. I finally received my order 31st May. This was dumped on my doorstep when I wasn’t in. Very poor overall.

Absolutely awful customer service if something is wrong with your order! They sent me 2 fragile items together in an oversized box without being packaged properly and then thought offering a 10% refund for the smashed items was acceptable. They then wanted the goods returned at my expense and have still not issued a refund. Had to claim back through PayPal to get my refund sorted. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID!

Worst customerservice I have ever dealt with. Order was wrong missing items. Wrongly order by them in stock items on Web site. Gave details of items and they couldn't find themselves. Cannot contact them by telephone. My advice buy else where.

They use EVRI so despite saying that I should get my item within 3 or 5 days I am still waiting over a week later. Would rather have the option to pay a little more and use a reputable delivery company that is reliable and efficient. Next time I will buy from a company that may charge a little bit more but at least will send it out when I want it.

Very poor Customer service, numerous emails, several calls the order was delayed by 5 weeks and after that they still weren't able to full fill it never tried to offer an alternative just a very disappointing service. Will not be shopping with them again!

1 star I would give 0 stars if there was an option. very bad service, description doesn’t match as there was false advertising I revived a completely different item that was on the picture. Very bad will not recommend .tried contacting customer service for a refund and they can have their product back they are very rude and not cooperative very bad over all.it’s very Unacceptable and in very disappointed
