Rubbish. Said in stock. Wasn’t. Still took my money. Still haven’t received my order. I purchased it around 6 weeks ago.

Hello Aaron Thank you for review I note you were made aware directly after purchasing that your order was pending stock and on all occasions you had made us aware you were happy to wait for stock to be replenished as long as they were shipped before your deadline your order was shipped on the 21st which you were made aware of Regards Phairs

Unreliable company state 2-4 days for delivery of goods actually takes 10-12 days for delivery ,when they did arrive were damaged ,took aqnd sent photo,s of damage and spillage to sender but no reaction

Not happy with the service...ordered a particular decking paint, the item they sent was a different versions, i could have purchased what they sent £10 cheaper! I ordered from them purposely for the paint i wanted but ended up being an expensive purchase...I did not have time to return so still have it

Wrong size bucket was sent, also set a delivery date Friday, didn’t send it out as stated so arrived following Tuesday. 2 out of 3 buckets leaked?????

Unfortunately the item pictured on the website wasn't the item I received. I contacted Phairs and have now received a refund.

I actually order decking rescue paint and was sent decking paint, not the rescue stuff!

Hello Thank you for your review As per our correspondence the item that was ordered has been recently updated by the manufacturer and the old label has been discontinued so you will not be able to find this any where Kind regards Phairs

Hi I ordered my items never received them contacted Phairs numerous times to be told no human person to speak with is available and no management member available how bizarre I was told I would get a refund still no refund no goods Please don’t buy from this company take your money and delivery nothing TERRIBLE AND THEN ASK YOU TO REVIEW HOW GOOD THEY ARE

Hello Thank you for your feedback We are sorry to hear you would not recommend us We can advise that you order as advised to you was misrouted by the courier through no fault of our own, on requesting that we send out a new order we stated that it would be much more efficient to wait on the original order which would be delivered within 48hrs rather than send a new order on 3-5 day delivery. As you were unhappy to wait you requested a refund, refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed by our accounts team so we do ask for you to allow this full time frame If we can be of any further help please let us know Kind regards Phairs
