Would never buy again from them,try to safe money and then had to pay more out as they delivered the wrong food ,and it took me ages to get it sorted and didn't even offer to Compensating me for the Inconvenience they caused me. Oh and I still haven't got my replacement puppy food after a month

Totally unbothered about customer service. Did not report back on item lost in delivery, and unapologetic for month-long wait trying to sort out a refund. Do not recommend using this company.

Hello thank you for your review On looking into this further I note that once you had contacted us to make us aware your order appeared to be stuck on the tracking we advised if this was not delivered within 48hrs we would be happy to replace this for you, We then refunded the order in full for you instead as you requested We are sorry if you feel that we did not follow up or handle this after the courier losing your items in the way you expected Kind regards Electrical World

Ordered item not sent, substituted item smaller & of a lesser quality. Very disappointed & this was first order from here & will be last. Dreadful service, buy elsewhere to avoid being duped.

Hello Thank you for your feedback As we had already advised that the listing does state "*Please note, the Price of this product reflects the Best Before Date of the product." This is advised clearly along with all other product information on the listing So we do apologise if you felt this was unclear or unhelpful We would also like to advise this particular dog food is not past its sell by date rather the best before date is still safe to use and the is still new and sealed Kind regards Phairs

Won’t use again! I’ve used twice and both times I had to contact them about my delivery, took 11 days not worth the wait at all. Just an idea that maybe you should be honest and say delivery is long and not 2/4 days at all

Placed an order for dog food on the 3rd received the order on the 7th but the best before date was the 5th prior to me receiving the delivery. Just beware

Hello thanks for your review Sorry you feel need to warn other buyers by stating "beware" as the listing does very clearly state that "*Please note, the Price of this product reflects the Best Before Date of the product." our order arrived on checking our items they were out of date the order was short as well we didn't get complete order and what we did get was useless as we cant use out of date food. When we tried to contact customer services by email phone there has been no reply . Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY if this is their standards and customer services they can keep them .

Hello Gerard Thank you for your review Sorry to see you felt you needed to post this as I can see from our correspondence via email we have been responding to all of your emails, I note you also state you did not receive your complete order, as per emails your order was for 7 bags of dog food not 12 which is what you had thought and we confirmed this with you We would also like to point out that the food you have purchased does clearly state on the listing "*Please note, the Price of this product reflects the Best Before Date of the product." we have confirmed with the supplier of the food this is more than safe and it is certainly not "out of date" as you have stated. Absolutely awful service! Paid for 2 day delivery and it's been near a month and still never sent. The customer service is one of the worst I've dealt with. Do not order from!

Positives: prompt service, well packaged Negatives: I ordered 6x 15kg bags , as January sale prices and I was trying to budget my money. However each bag had a 1 week expiration date on it. If I had been told this as the reason for sale price , I would not have ordered 6 x bags. I believe honesty is always the best policy with customers. Now I have 6 x 15kgs dog food out of date !
