Four out of five items arrrived on time and were perfect. However, still trying to get a replacement for the fifth item that was unfortunately damaged on arrival. No-one’s fault, these things happen, hence only three stars.

I have recently made my first purchase with Phairs and have an issue with a damaged item for which I await a resolution to the issue. I therefore think it is a bit soon to ask me for a review

The purchase was simple, and delivery prompt and uncomplicated. All I wanted was a way to connect my 20mm mixer tap to a hosepipe, so assumed a Round Mixer Tap Connector, 20-25mm would do the job. It wasn't even big enough to fit on the tap properly! Much shoving and shifting about later, and tightening it really carefully, it looked like it was on, but came off as soon as I turned the tap on. How it's supposed to fit in a 25mm tap when it won't even go on a 20mm one, I don't know!

I am still waiting for your courier to deliver my purchase I have already informed you about this and I am waiting for a response from the courier who in turn will inform you ,not very pleased at the moment.It looks like I will ask for a refund as I am needing the grow bags .

I was informed that my delivery would be between the 27th of January and the 2nd of February, it's the 5th of February today and I still haven't received my goods. Whilst Phairs continue to use the utterly useless Evri l shall not be using them again. Had it been made clear that this was the delivery company then I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.

I ordered a Elho plastic planter and it arrived out of shape - more of an oval than a round sadly. I think there wasn't enough packaging around it to protect it. I couldn't get back into shape but decided to keep it as I didn't want to wait for another one. However, it arrived on time and communication about the delivery was good.

Good product marred by Phairs choice of delivery service. DPD are consistently poor. In this case having emailed to say they had delivered there was no sign. A neighbour (someone we don't know) struggled to our door the following day with a very soggy disintegrating package left on their doorstep. Phairs please rethink your delivery arrangements or I won't be ordering again

Ordered x4 bird boxes with slate roofs. All 4 arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging for the product. Customer service reacted promptly and did try to offer a reduction. I declined and return was organised quickly after that. Products were good quality just unfortunate they arrived damaged.

Never received my order due to a call saying they only had part I decided to cancel but then no one knew it was cancelled.. so a big of a mix up
