“Not the best experience. My order was lost by their courier Evri, which I totally understand is beyond their control, but it really wasn't dealt with very well at all. Five days after despatch, it still hadn't arrived and the tracking hadn't updated so I contacted Phairs. I was told that it was still in the system and it should be with me soon. I tried in vain to contact Evri which was a total waste of time as it is an awful automated service. I then contacted Phairs again after seven days of no delivery only to be told that they had to wait for Evri to conduct an investigation before they could send a replacement or refund which would take another 5 days. Eventually, after several emails and ten days since the first item was despatched, they agreed to send a replacement, except they sent the order of cable in two lengths which is contradictory to their statement on their website.”

“If I could give minus stars I would. Appalling customer service. Ordered three items two arrived damaged. Sent photographs and asked for a refund. Items returned and still waiting for refund 3 months later. Keep chasing but NO REFUND. Product is good - Phairs are dreadful nothing but excuses.”

“Ordered dog food on 16th May. Estimated delivery 21-23rd. This date came and went no delivery. Then Evri had my parcel for one full week before they decided to deliver it. I finally received my order 31st May. This was dumped on my doorstep when I wasn’t in. Very poor overall.”

“I needed a large garden tray recently and looking on the web, was pleasantly surprised to find that Phairs was not only the cheapest but delivered it faster than any other I have used in the past. I live in Kent and Phairs is based in Northern Ireland so I expected it to take a week at least. How wrong I was. I ordered it on the Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday of the same week. Not only that it was so well packed that I reckon the packaging must have cost more than the transport. I am very pleased with my purchase and cannot speak too highly of the service I have received and will in future look on the Phairs site for any other garden items I may need. Five star service all the way.”
