I raised the order that was to be delivered in 2 to 4 days. 1 week later I contacted the company who explained that they were out of stock and asked if is like to cancel. I advised that I would cancel and order the item elsewhere due to the urgency to receive. Heard nothing back and it was not cancelled. Then 5 days later I receive the item. I have contacted the company again to explain. They advised it would be cancelled. Have heard nothing back. Very disappointed with the service.

Hello Thank you for your feedback When we advised that your order was pending stock and give you the option to cancel we did not receive a reply for 3 days and your order was then delivered within that time frame so it was not possible for us then to cancel the order when you had received it. I ordered this item and was given a delivery date, I had an email informing me of the delivery date but I had no tracking details. I contacted this company after the delivery date, informing me that the item was not delivered, their excuse was "it has got lost", they will send another item out with a delivery date. and I had tracking information, this tracking information of HERMES, informed me they had received the item, but the delivery date passed, and I contacted them again and this time, they were out of stock, where did the items go, they supposedly sent twice they said the items were out of stock.

My order was not delivered between the expected delivery days. Nobody has been in touch to to resolve the issue and I can’t get through on customer service. I am now trying to cancel my order and finding this a frustrating experience. I am not likely to be a future customer of Phairs. They are typical of so many businesses in that once they have your money they are not interested in any follow up service or responding to complaints.

After placing this order, I expected to receive a confirmation of my order and details of delivery. Instead it’s been over a week and still have NO information regarding my order - not even a confirmation or acknowledgment of my purchase. The website says delivery is within 3-5 days but this has not been received. I’ve bought electric blankets for Christmas and the cold winter nights. Would really appreciate if this can be confirmed for delivery and/or refunded.

Do not buy anything from this company, they posted the wrong Item, and asked me to keep the rubbish product and get only 20% refund of my purchase. They don’t even wanna exchange the product that I’ve paid for. This website is a scam. Away to buy anything from here.

Hermes/Evri said delivery delayed. No more comms. Contacted Phairs after 7 days. Usual we will contact you within 24 hours .. why so long but even then no contact. The sign of a good company is sorting out mistakes quickly. Phairs can’t cope with anything that doesn’t go according to plan.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered dog kibble. Got email that my oarcel had been damaged beyond repairs. Contacted customet services and been told kibble is out of stock and they can send new one in 2 weeks. Well, my dog cant fo without food for 2 weeks. Shambles.

Product arrived damaged as it wasn’t packed well enough. The package had clearly ripped open in transit, as it was partially wrapped in DPD tape. All photographic evidence of the damage and inadequate packing was sent to Phairs. WARNING - Customer service is by EMAIL ONLY, they would not discuss anything over the phone. It has subsequently taken multiple emails to establish that they will not deliver a replacement item and collect the damaged one at the same time. They didn’t offer that information either, their responses to my questions were incredibly vague. The response to my request to replace and collect the damaged item was a standard 10 %off NO thank you Phairs, I don’t want a damaged item at any price. I am wasting today, grounded at home, as their collection service doesn’t give time frames or collect at the weekend. I have now ordered and received the same item, in tact, from another company who are considerably more customer focused. This was the first time using Phairs and definitely the last time! Hello Thank you for your feedback We are sorry to hear of your experience We would like to advise that all damaged deliveries must be reported via email along with images as per our policy, so we can have evidence to provide to the courier, also all collection details must be provided via email again to have in writing for the courier, this is not a reflection on the customer service team not being available over the phone as our phone lines are open to our customers but this will all have been explained when you had first contacted. Dpd is used for collection services and do not offer a collection time frame to any of their customers that use them I am afraid so I apologise this was an inconvenience to you, our policy states we must receive damaged or faulty goods back before we can replace or refund unless of course we do not require the goods back, in this case, we did hence why we could not offer you a replacement before collection. Before we offer any replacements to a customer sometimes it is in the benefit of both customer and company to offer a discount on any slightly damaged goods and again, in this case, it was appropriate, we do this to avoid any further inconvenience of returning the goods for the customer We hope this explains the matter to you Kind regards The Phairs Team

This is the second time I’ve purchased utility blades from here and both times the dispenser was damaged and fell to bits soon as I opened the packaging 😡

I ordered 2 bottles of weedkiller but only one arrived. I've contacted Phairs twice regarding the short delivery but get no response. I would not buy from them again.
