A complete disgrace of a service. Total indifference has been shown throughout my dealings with the company. No attempt was made to successfully try and resolve the problems with my orders leaving me angry and frustrated. Keep away from this company and all its sister companies

Glue board not strong enough to catch mice. I found bait gone and droppings on glue board.

Purchased a Keter storage box , the Item arrived without the parts needed to build it. I contacted yourselves , a week later I am still waiting for the missing parts. Very poor service.

The outer box was ripped and the actual bag of dog food had a hole in it so the biscuits were falling out.

Item recieved by courier on Wednesday, I have heard nothing since and it's now Saturday.This courier is rubbish and affecting your business. Will have to think twice before ordering from you again. so disappointed.

I would rate 0 stars if the system permitted. This was my first time using Phairs and the service has been appalling. To start with my items were slow to be despatched and received. With little notifications. When I received my order, one item was missing. Upon reporting it I was asked to provide a photo of what I did receive. A very strange and unnecessary ask as you know what I have ordered. Anyway, I did this. I was then asked almost a week later to send a photo of the box my order came on which is ridiculous because why would I have that still after a week? I was then told they have proof it was packaged and so I will not receive a replacement or refund! I then had another issue that one of the plastic buckets I ordered had a hole in it. I sent a photo of water gushing put the hole as I predicted a request for a photo. They then responded asking for a photo of the underneath...why do you need that when the hole is in the side and water is coming out quite clearly in my photo! Then then asked if I wanted a partial refund. I wondered if that was a joke.. a partial refund for a bucket with a hole in it? It's not fit for purpose! Terrible company with the most ridiculous customer service process I have ever witnessed! Will absolutely never use again and will make sure people are made aware of the issues inhave faced. I will also be speaking to trading standards about this matter in terms of distance selling regulations.

Hello Thank you for your feedback we take all our customer's reviews very serious and we are sorry to hear this As our policy we do require images of any faulty or damaged goods or the size of box that the customer has received in the case they state they are missing goods as this helps us to determine if this was a warehouse issue when picking or else if it has been lost in transit due to damage We have been able to check our internal security footage and see that the said missing item was packed at the time of packing, we do also note you confirmed there was no damage to the box this arrived in for it to have fallen out in transit. In regards to the damaged bucket it is normal for orders that may have been damaged to be offered partial refunds in the case the item may be able to be fixed or maintained, we do note however we replaced this for you instead If you have any further queries feel free to get in touch with us Kind regards Phairs Team

Hello Thank you for your review Very sorry you feel this way and we can appreciate your frustration in the fact you were not able to recieve your order due to not being available on the given delivery dates. After 2 delivery attempts your order was then returned to us as I am afraid we are not able to offer further delivery attempts if the customer does not contact us or the courier to advise otherwise. we can understand from your emails you are quite annoyed at how you must wait for the goods to now be returned to us before a refund is able to be processed but please note this is our policy and on our part we fulfilled this order by shipping and attempting delivery on time Hope this explains the matter in full for you Kind regards Phairs

Package with you on 18th, delivered 28th on a 2-4 day delivery. Your contact system is impossible. Phone cut off when trying to speak to anyone. This was after trying your automated system which has a strongly accented voice and failed to understand my responses. Finally went through supplier and was told could be up to 3 days response. Not good enough.

Hello Michael Thank you for your feedback regarding your order I am sorry to hear there was a delay with your order getting to you We shipped this promptly after you placed your order and this arrived into the main hermes depot on the 21st thereafter it would appear the courier delayed this for unknown reasons so we really can only apologise. Please note that all enquiries for deliveries are made via email to our customer service team which is the fastest way to follow up on orders Glad to hear this was delivered safely in the end and apologies for the delay on the courier's behalf! I paid for my purchases on the 17th. Jan now 27th jan have not received the product i contact customer service They say stay waiting. but I waited until I had to contact Hermes. They let me contact phairs to request a refund But phairs still told me to wait until the end of this week. I shouldn't shop here at all. Very poor.

I realise that these items have a short use by date !but my last delivery was six months out of date ! I have reordered in the hope the next batch will be in date for at least a short time.

The item was delivered to the billing address, it was then some 4 days later collected and delivered to the delivery address in very sorry state, the item was barely wrapped no bubble wrap or stiff cardboard on corners of large plastic garden tray, upon unwrapping no surprise corner completely smashed off cracked to base, pictures taken contacted customer services offered a 10% refund and carriage, declined this offer, then offered 50% and carriage? All I wanted was a replacement and large broken item removing / returning & so I continues still unresolved now all I want is my entitlement under consumer rights for a full refund & collection / return of item damaged in transit, customer service…. Don’t make me laugh!

Hello Thank you for your review On looking into this for you we can see your order was originally meant to be shipped to your billing address and you had requested this to be changed, unfortunately, that was not successful as the order had already been shipped so it ended up going to its original destination. As a good gesture will we organised this to be collected free of charge and delivered to the other address as requested It would appear within this time that it was unfortunately damaged in transit by the courier on one of the corners and after inspection, we felt it appropriate to offer you a partial refund as it would be still useable, as you were unhappy with this outcome we then offered to refund the full amount and asked you discard of the goods If you have any further queries please feel free to get in touch Kind regards Phairs

I still have not received myT4 tubes that I ordered. I received an email with a tracking code that stated the Royal Mail would deliver them yesterday 6thJanuary. I waited in all day and there was no delivery. I ordered different length T4 tubes from BLT Direct at the same time and they have been delivered (4th January) and installed. This may not be your fault but I would think twice about placing any further orders with you because you have delivery problems.
