Not the best experience. My order was lost by their courier Evri, which I totally understand is beyond their control, but it really wasn't dealt with very well at all. Five days after despatch, it still hadn't arrived and the tracking hadn't updated so I contacted Phairs. I was told that it was still in the system and it should be with me soon. I tried in vain to contact Evri which was a total waste of time as it is an awful automated service. I then contacted Phairs again after seven days of no delivery only to be told that they had to wait for Evri to conduct an investigation before they could send a replacement or refund which would take another 5 days. Eventually, after several emails and ten days since the first item was despatched, they agreed to send a replacement, except they sent the order of cable in two lengths which is contradictory to their statement on their website.

If you buy ant pet food check the date as they do send some which is out of date!!

Great product. Looks good and the manufacturer's label came off fine, but somebody had stuck a handwritten label on which was a nightmare to remove.

Hard to be honest as I'm still waiting on delivery, have no tracking too so thats something to work on. So this review is only going to get worse. Cheers Tony.

One of the 2 lamps ordered arrived in pieces. Despite telling Phairs about it immediately, I'm still waiting to hear what they intend to do about it. Not impressed.

Unfortunately I received completely the wrong items. These have now been collected but not before I received a rather bizarre offer of keeping the goods for a 10% discount even after I had explained they were of absolutely no use to me. Goods collected yesterday so I now have to wait to see if I get what I ordered or a refund. This means I don't know whether to order elsewhere or not which is very inconvenient. I'm afraid I will not be rushing back or putting you on my list of favourite sellers.

Everything is ok if items arrive in good condition. If it’s damaged, they’ll offer a 5% discount to keep it. Disgraceful and not my thing. I have ordered 2 of these, so nearly £200. One arrived damaged, they’ve sent me a replacement twice, still damaged. Refund requested, and this took few weeks to reach my account. Not a pleasant experience, between Aug-Oct ‘22, will not use them again.

Got the order for dog food in good time but most of the canned dog food was damaged and 3 of the cans were unusable. Couldn't return as needed to use what I could for my dog, it might have been damaged in transit anyway but couldn't be bothered with hassle of returning and purchasing again.

I was misinformed by customer service so placed my order on the info given. The wrong item arrived and I rang customer service to complain. I was offered a discount to keep the wrong item which I declined. The item has been returned and I have to wait 14 days for a refund because of their mistake. Hoping they refund my postage too as it was their error.

delivery good ordering good one of the 4 bags of dog biscuits had been opened before packing and sellotaped back together, so for that reason I scored lower. If it had not been damaged I would have given 5 stars

Box was left on door step before I even opened the front door .box was all open and damaged .but items was all there undamaged lucky

Our complete order has not been received, damaged in transit well if you use hermees I am not surprised. It's been a while the rest of order not arrived. I have emailed they are looking into it we have 1 of 4 of our items

Order process ok supposed to be 2 day delivery after 5 Working days was still waiting for my order which was delivered very damaged still waiting to hear what Phairs intends to do about it overall experience no good

Hi Christine Thanks for your review As noted it was only the outer box and not the actual dog chews that were damaged which we have offered you a small discount for as a good will gesture. I had an item missing from my order. I contacted them and the responses were slow at best. Asked me to send photos, and claimed I was wrong. Took over a week until I had to point out to them that the weight of the parcel didn't tally when this could have been resolved early on if they had looked at the photo. Courier at fault but no compensation. Poor customer service using a pout hermes courier.
