“Terrible, really don’t care for their customers. Don’t bother paying the high cost for express delivery as it still takes 5 days to arrive! Requested a refund of postage as I paid £6.95 for 24 hour delivery but they refused. My order wasn’t even sent until 3 days after my order so don’t know why they took the payment for ‘express’ delivery in the first place Extremely disappointing as needed for a Xmas gift but arrived too late”

“Ordered on 9th October and paid for 24 hour delivery. Items still not arrived. Hermes claimed to try and deliver which was not the case. Phairs responses are flippant and just send tracking number. Taking no responsibility that they are the seller and responsible for ensuring my items arrive: wouldn’t bother using this company again”
