“Firstly, PBIS is shown as giving cash back, the only reason I bought the policy. Secondly, proof that the bike was garaged was required, I submitted this 3 times before it was accepted; and then got another message asking for proof, which I ignored. On the positive side, when I phoned to discuss this after the second submission, the woman operative was very understanding and sorted the issue.”

“We have several vehicles within our household, including classic vehicles. We started using them a year ago for a classic vehicle. Peter Best have provided the best value for money and service and we are in the process of transferring all of our policies to them. I highly recommend their service.”

“First time I am using Peter Best insurance. At last a company that actually check your stated garaged arrangements. So many companies ask is your garage secure, brick built and what other devices do you have, ground anchor etc. Here they check so you feel you actually get the discount, not just a tick box and rate stays the same. I love this attention to detail. Its to me a great personal service that you got before everything went online.....oops thats given my age away 🙄. A great quote to begin with so very pleased to be with them.”

“The process for the quote was very easy and your quote was very very competitive. It took account of the fact that I am clearly a driver of more than 30 years experience with no claims , and factored this into my quote. My previous insurance company was just increasing the premium in spite of my sterling record. Very pleased with your service”
